Stickiness Study

This Integrated Marketing Communications project site from Northwestern University focuses on website stickiness and argues that personalization, content and usability are key to a successful e-commerce site. This is a great starting point; well-organized and worth a read. Access the study website or go directly to the conclusions page.

If you like what you see, check our the The Journal of Integrated Marketing Communications; also student published work with case studies and more.

Once again we get smacked in the forehead with the basics. Your site belongs to your customers, not your company(yes, you told me that). Marketing is hard because people care most about themselves. Do the hard work of understanding your customers and then make every decision pass this test: Is this what my customer wants?

You have a really great blog. I'd appreciate it if you publish the feeds of your blog to make it more accessible.
